CREME BRULEE
Ingredients:
2 Lt D Cream
4 Vanilla Pods
400 G Caster Sugar
12 Egg Yolks
8 Whole Eggs

Method:
Boil cream and split vanilla pods. Beat the eggs, yolks and sugar. Whisk cream over egg mix. Pour in to ramekins and cook till set aprox 1 hour at 140 o c in a bain marie then blast chill |
